I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in the "SGAW Referee Training & Refresher" (herein referred to as the "Course"):
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that referee training involves physical activity, which may include arm wrestling and other related exercises. I am fully aware of the inherent risks involved, including the potential for personal injury and I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Course organizers, instructors, SGAW, venue owners, and all affiliated representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained during my participation, including those arising from ordinary negligence.
Medical Fitness and Consent: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the Course. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and agree to assume full financial responsibility for any associated costs.
Media Release: I grant permission to the Course organizers to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of me during the Course for educational or promotional purposes without compensation.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
